Refund policy

We stand by all of our sport nutrition products with a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s) within 30 days of delivery, you can return it to us for a refund with no questions asked.

Please contact the Customer Support Team at fury@furyathletic.com to begin the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return label, instructions on how to return the product(s) and the confirmation number you have been assigned. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding original and return shipping costs, as long as all items requiring a refund are returned.

Each return needs to have attached a return RMA along with the specific instructions attached for a full refund to be issued.

*Please do not send your order back without contacting our customer support team for a return authorization .

Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Customer Support Team is able to provide a return RMA for a full refund. Without the return RMA information the warehouse will not be able to verify the return. In which case the return cannot be identified and refunded. If the purchase is returned to the warehouse without an RMA and the order is identifiable, a standard charge of $2.50 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for warehouse processing.

Without the return RMA information attached to the returning item(s) the refund amount is subject to change due to warehouse processing & handling fees.

Note: We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original delivery for the refund to be valid.
